What we offer: 

  • Compensation: $80,000-85,000 annually depending on experience 

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance on the first of the month after you begin employment

What the role is about: 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building our team by finding and connecting with top talent across the organization. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, providing flexible support for retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate teams depending on the needs of the business. You'll do this while creating a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, personable, and excited about helping a growing company thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 

What impact you'll make: 

  • Post job openings and source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking, tailoring strategies to the unique talent pools for retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate roles 

  • Support the full recruitment life cycle — from screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to extending offers — across multiple departments and business functions 

  • Help maintain candidate pipelines and databases, including high-volume pipelines for retail and production roles as well as specialized pipelines for cultivation and corporate positions 

  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and job descriptions specific to retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate functions 

  • Conduct regular recruitment training for hiring managers and interviewers across departments 

  • Support compliance with state and federal employment regulations across all supported business areas 

  • Provide a positive candidate experience and help build relationships with potential hires at every level, from frontline retail and production roles to corporate positions 

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand, including creating engaging job postings, managing social media recruitment campaigns, and coordinating candidate events 

  • Track recruitment metrics and help prepare reports for HR leadership, highlighting trends across retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate recruiting 

  • Continue to evolve our recruitment strategies and processes to meet the needs of a growing, multi-functional business

What you’ve accomplished: 

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or hospitality; cannabis industry experience a strong plus 

  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment 

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
