The Quality Supervisor manages quality staff, implements quality systems, monitors production processes, oversees testing and documentation, and ensures compliance with state cannabis regulations, internal SOPs, and industry best practices such as GMP and sanitation standards. Provide training on quality procedures, documentation practices, sanitation protocols, and compliance requirements.
Schedule quality coverage across cultivation, processing, packaging, and inventory operations.
Foster a culture of quality accountability and regulatory awareness throughout the facility.
