What the role is about:
The Plant Health Supervisor oversees the daily technical operations of the Fertigation and IPM teams to ensure maximum crop health and yield. You are responsible for maintaining a healthy canopy through precise nutrient delivery and proactive pest management in a high-volume, regulated environment.
What impact you'll make:
Lead, train, and schedule Fertigation and IPM staff to ensure efficient execution of daily tasks.
Design and implement irrigation strategies specifically tailored to coco coir media.
Oversee an integrated pest management program, with a focus on sustainable practices and preventative strategies.
Utilize sensor driven control systems to monitor grow room inputs including temperature, humidity, VPD, pH, EC, and WC.
Provide coaching feedback and performance management to team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to all state cannabis cultivation regulations and company SOP’s.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Assist Leadership with weekly and monthly production planning.
Hire and support new employees through the onboarding and training process.
Manage Plant Health inventory.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
What you've accomplished:
Minimum three years’ experience with managing an indoor cultivation team, with an emphasis on fertigation and IPM.
Knowledgeable in plant science and plant health diagnosis.
Experience working with control systems.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50 pounds.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is 60-65k depending on experience.
