What the role is about:
The Replenishment Buyer is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels by managing the flow of goods and materials across the supply chain. This role helps ensure product availability, while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, and supports overall procurement efficiency through data analysis and supplier coordination.
What you’ll do:
Monitor inventory levels and demand to determine replenishment needs
Create and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and supplier agreements
Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues
Track orders and shipments to maintain continuity of supply
Analyze inventory trends, usage, and lead times to improve stock levels
Partner with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to align supply with demand
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP systems
Flag and escalate potential supply risks or delays
What you’ve accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Cannabis industry experience is highly preferred
Wholesale disposable and/or custom prints experience is beneficial

Annual Salary Range: $75,000-85,000

Location: This is a fully remote role operating in EST. Our ideal candidate will be located on the east coast.
