What the role is about: 

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Technician to join our growing dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, believe in the goodness of people and cannabis, and enjoys the one team, one dream motto! The Production Technician is responsible for trimming, curing, and packing cannabis flower. This position reports directly to the Cultivation Manager. 
 

What impact you’ll make:    
 

  • Assist with bucking harvests 

  • Trim flower for sale & process into final packaging 

  • Production of pre-roll cannabis products 

  • Assemble secondary packaging 

  • Perform secondary packaging of Cannabis products 

  • Print and apply labels to finish packaged product 

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment 

  • Able to work independently as well as operating as a team 

  • Perform other functions as necessary to provide an adequate supply of product to meet patient demand 

  • Keep an inventory of packaging/labeling materials to ensure supply chain stability 

  • Provide feedback to improve process quality and efficiency. 
     

What you’ve accomplished: 
 

  • Must have a high school diploma 

  • Experience working cannabis preferred 

  • Proficiency with MS Office 

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly 

  • Flexible availability (weekends may be required) 

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. 

  • Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. 
     

  • Benefits are offered through UFCW Local 27
  • Starting union wage: $17.03/hr.
