This position reports to the Director of Operations and serves as a key link between frontline employees and site leadership.

What impact you’ll make:

  • Serve as a lead resource for Production Technicians across daily operations including trimming, drying, curing, and packaging of cannabis flower.
  • Assist with task delegation and day-to-day coordination under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
  • Train and onboard new team members, reinforcing SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks and help ensure all products meet visual and compliance standards.
  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to peers, promoting teamwork and operational efficiency.
  • Support accurate data entry and recordkeeping for product weights, waste, and batch tracking.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and compliant work environment through active participation in sanitation and housekeeping.
  • Act as a communication bridge between production staff and leadership by relaying concerns, improvement ideas, and operational updates.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of production supplies and alerting leadership to shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Step in to perform technician-level tasks as needed to maintain workflow.
What you’ve accomplished:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience in a cannabis, agricultural, or manufacturing production environment.
  • Previous peer leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cannabis processing, trimming, drying, and/or packaging preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends if needed.

Shift hours: 1:30pm-10pm
