What you will do
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Safety & Security Supervisor to support day-to-day security operations across our production facilities and dispensaries. This role is responsible for executing established safety and security procedures during assigned shifts, maintaining a visible on-site presence, and ensuring issues are properly documented and escalated.
The Supervisor serves as a front-line resource for Safety & Security Officers, focusing on real-time support, consistent enforcement of post orders, and clear communication with leadership regarding operational needs or concerns. This role does not carry responsibility for program ownership, policy development, or disciplinary decision-making
What impact you’ll make
Shift Operations & Team Support
Coordinate and support shift activities to ensure proper coverage and adherence to assigned post orders
Provide real-time guidance and direction to Safety & Security Officers during assigned shifts
Address immediate, on-site issues and escalate concerns to leadership as appropriate
Reinforce adherence to established procedures, including access control, patrol expectations, and reporting requirements
Communicate staffing gaps, call-offs, or operational challenges to leadership in a timely manner
Patrol & Incident Response
Conduct routine patrols (vehicle and/or foot) to maintain a visible security presence
Observe and respond to on-site activity, including safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or policy violations
Take appropriate immediate action in accordance with company procedures and notify leadership of incidents
Complete accurate and timely incident reports and required documentation
Preserve scene integrity and gather initial information for leadership review
Monitoring & Security Systems
Monitor CCTV and access control systems to support situational awareness during assigned shifts
Review camera footage when directed to support incident documentation
Identify and report any system malfunctions, coverage gaps, or equipment concerns to leadership
Follow established procedures for system use; do not modify or repair equipment without direction
Safety & Compliance Execution
Conduct routine walkthroughs to observe compliance with established safety and security procedures
Reinforce adherence to site-specific policies and regulatory requirements during daily operations
Report safety concerns, hazards, or compliance issues to leadership promptly
Support audit and inspection readiness by ensuring documentation and procedures are being followed
Additional Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new team members by reinforcing daily procedures and expectations as directed
Assist with visitor/vendor access processes in accordance with established protocols
Maintain professionalism and uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Perform other duties as assigned to support shift operations
What you've accomplished
Must be 21 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of work experience in Criminal Justice, Military, or Private Security.
1+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for comprehensive report writing.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The salary for this role is $60,000-65,000 annually. Competitive benefits offered: (Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA Dependent Care, life)
